At Print Paradise Shop, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand production, we follow the policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is created especially for you once your order is placed, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind.

However, we will accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives defective

  • The item arrives incorrect (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color)

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads & instant files

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Apparel returned after being worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original condition or evidence of damage upon arrival

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Photos of the issue are required so we can process a fast replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Orders that arrive damaged or defective

  • Orders lost in transit

  • Orders canceled before production begins

Once your return or claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

Email us at support@printparadiseshop.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos of the product and packaging

  4. Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

We respond within 24–48 hours.

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect address during checkout and the order is returned to our facility, you may request a reshipment. A new shipping fee will apply.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
